Configuring Outlook for Windows to Prompt for an Exchange Password

Needed to set your Outlook (with an MS Exchange e-mail account) to ask you for your password each time you open it, here you go:

    1. Start Outlook.
    2. To View the accounts…
        • In 2010/2013:
        • Select the File tab.
        • Click the Account Settings button.
        • From the drop-down list, select Account Settings...
    3. Select your Exchange account.
    4. Click the More Settings... button.
    5. Select the Security tab.
    6. Place a check in the Always prompt for logon credentials check box.
    7. Click OK.
    8. Click the Cancel button.
    9. Click the Close button.
    10. Restart Outlook.
